音が出ません
リスニング問題は端末の読み上げ機能を使うため、本体側面のマナースイッチが
オンだと鳴りません。スイッチを切るか、イヤホンを挿してください。
声の品質は iOS の「設定 → アクセシビリティ → 読み上げコンテンツ → 声 → 英語」から
高品質のものをダウンロードすると改善します。
機種変更したい / 学習記録を移したい
アプリ内「設定 → アカウント」から登録し、同期してください。新しい端末で
同じアカウントにログインすると記録が戻ります。アカウントを作らない場合、
学習記録は端末内にのみ保存されるため、移行はできません。
アカウントを削除したい
「設定 → アカウント → アカウントを削除」から、パスワードを再入力して実行します。
クラウド上のデータは完全に削除されます。この端末の学習記録を残すか消すかは、
削除時に選べます。
復習の間隔が合わない気がする
1 問ごとに記憶の強さを推定し、あなた自身の忘却の速さを学習して間隔を調整します。
使い始めのうちは推定の材料が少ないため、しばらく続けると合ってきます。
語彙データの出典が知りたい
アプリ内「設定 → データ来源」に、使用しているデータセットとそれぞれの
ライセンスを全文記載しています。
上記のメールアドレスへ、次の情報を添えてお送りください。

没有声音
听力题用的是系统朗读功能，手机侧面的静音键打开时不会出声。
把静音键关掉，或者插耳机。到 iOS「设置 → 辅助功能 → 朗读内容 → 声音 → 英语」
下载高品质语音，听感会好很多。
换手机 / 想把学习记录带走
在 App 内「设置 → 账号」注册并同步。在新手机上登录同一个账号，记录就回来了。
不注册账号的话，学习记录只存在这台手机上，无法迁移。
想删除账号
「设置 → 账号 → 删除账号」，重新输入密码即可。云端数据会被永久删除。
本机的学习记录留下还是清空，删除时可以选。
复习间隔感觉不准
每答一题都会重估这个词的记忆强度，并从你自己的遗忘速度里学习、调整间隔。
刚开始用的时候样本少，用久了会越来越准。

App 内「设置 → 数据来源」有使用的数据集和各自许可证的全文。
发邮件到上面的地址，附上：手机型号 / iOS 版本 / App 版本（设置页最下方有）/ 做什么操作时发生的。

No sound
Listening questions use the system speech engine, which stays silent while the
ring/silent switch on the side of the phone is set to silent. Flip the switch or
plug in headphones. For better voices, download a high-quality one under
iOS Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices → English.
Moving to a new phone
Register under Settings → Account and sync. Signing in to the same account on the
new phone brings your records back. Without an account, your records live only on
the device and cannot be transferred.
Deleting your account
Settings → Account → Delete account, then re-enter your password. Cloud data is
permanently deleted. Whether the records on this device are kept or erased is your
choice at deletion time.
The review intervals feel off
Every answer updates an estimate of how strongly you hold that word, and the
schedule calibrates to your own forgetting rate. Early on there is little to go on;
it converges as you keep going.
Where the word lists come from
Settings → Data sources lists every dataset used, with each licence in full.
